Michelle Hopkinson is an established expert in child, teen and family psychology. She is an advocate for positive mental health development in all areas of life. She champions the idea that in any interaction, you have the opportunity to connect in a conscious and meaningful way.
Michelle’s approach is grounded in a therapeutic framework of trust and safety for parents and children, and to create the space to speak up, and the time to be understood. “Michelle believes in the power of creating a safe therapeutic place bound by trust where clients can feel confident to speak up and in turn, be understood”.

Michelle’s expertise in family psychology extends across the lifespan and includes children, teens, young adults, adults, older adults, parents and the perinatal/postnatal period.
