Northern Beaches Health Collective Common Q’s
Here are a few of the things people often want to know before visiting the Collective or getting in touch with one of our clinicians.
How do I make an appointment?
Found a clinician who feels right for you? From ‘The Team’ page, simply click through to their individual website to learn more, get in touch or find out how to book in.
What happens when I arrive for my first session?
Although the Killarney Heights Shopping Centre has loads of parking, please remember that if you’re arriving for 9am or 3pm appointments times during school term you’ll be in the midst of school drop off and pick up times. So we’d suggest that you arrive a little earlier in case you need to find free street parking.
You will be able to enter the clinic using a keycode provided to you by your clinician.
Upon arrival, please take a seat, and your clinician will be with you soon. We have plenty of seating inside and outside the clinic. You’re very welcome to help yourself to a drink and/or use our bathroom.
What are the fees? Are there rebates available?
Please contact individual clinicians to enquire about their fees. Many clinicians offer Medicare rebates with a GP referral (where applicable), and some work with other funding bodies such as Work Cover, NDIS and Victims Assist.
Please contact individual clinicians to enquire about rebates and third party funding.
How do I join the collective?
Join us by filling out this form and we will be in touch shortly with further details on room rentals and availability. We can’t wait to hear from you!
